Associate Actuary - W. Michael Reese
W. Michael Reese, ASA, MAAA, joined the firm in June 2005. Mike has been Associate of the Society of Actuaries since 1982, and a Member of the Academy since 1983.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Drake University in 1979, majoring in Actuarial Science.
Prior to joining the firm, Mike was 1st Vice President of the Acquisition's and Reinsurance department at Mutual of Omaha, where he worked for 25 years. During his career at Mutual of Omaha, he also spent several years in Life Product Development and Experience Studies. He has been involved with virtually every phase of insurance company operations and has experience with both life and health products.
