Alabama
Alabama has issued a bulletin on the subject of Medicare Part D Marketing.

Alaska
Insurers filing in Alaska may now elect to submit form filings using either the "prior approval" method or the "file and use" method. See Alaska Bulletin B 05 09.

Arkansas
Arkansas has issued Bulletin 2-2006 in order to update Bulletin 6-2005 pertaining to Security Deposits of Insurers.

Colorado
Colorado has issued Bulletin 10-05. This bulletin provides carriers with guidance on filing life, accident and health rates and forms. This bulletin replaces in its entirety Bulletin 01-04.

Maine
Maine has recently amended Rule Chapter 940, Requirements for Health Insurance Rate Filings and Data Reporting.

Maryland
Maryland has issued Bulletins 06-03 and 06-04 regarding Changes to the Comprehensive Standard Health Benefit Plan for July 1, 2006.

Oregon
Oregon has issued Bulletin 2006-2 which withdraws Bulletin 82-4, Schedule Rating Plans (Individual Risk Rating), Bulletin 86-3, Filing and Use of Rates (for "guide A" or "refer to company" rates), Bulletin 95-4, Deferred Charitable Gift Annuities, and Bulletin 96-3, Charitable Gift Annuities.

Rhode Island
Rhode Island has issued Regulation 29 with regard to the replacement of life insurance and annuities.
